Food is ok. Flavor and texture of rice is good. Everything else is short of good. No garnish on my chicken. Chicken sauce is overly sweet. Chicken itself is tender and nice to eat. The cashier kept insisting I try the bak choy but it was salty and cold. Not nice. The two smallest cucumbers were placed on my plate. When I asked for extra chilli, the server had added a droplet more to an otherwise half filled sauce bowl. To top it off, they use single use plastic utensils and plates to serve. This place is not recommended for chicken rice lovers because it disappoints to many in comparison.

Although there is a long queue, you can get it quickly. The chicken is very tender and delicious, and the rice is also very flavorful. The disadvantage is that it is a bit difficult to find a seat.

Finally made it to the famous Tian Tian Hainanese chicken hawker stall. Rice is fragrant (garlicey imo), chicken is tender and juicy but when it is this hyped up, it's very hard to live up to expectation. I can get similar chicken in my country with ginger sauce as well. So I'm not sure if it worths the long qeue. I went for dinner and the line was okay.

This is the famous stall inside Maxwell hawker centre. The queue stretches to the back but it is orderly. The serving is fast.Chicken is tender and moist. The rice is fragrant. You must eat it with the chilli sauce that is for sure. However, the sauce that they added over the chicken meat is a bit too salty. And after eating, we felt thirsty, which made me wonder if ‘ajinomoto’ was added inside the gravy to make it taste umami.

Lines was super long so few people from y group lined up while I went to get other foods. The service was very quick and it’s cash only. The rice was very authentic and chicken was super tender. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area!

Nice tender & juicy chicken served with gingery & savory rice.Their display is full with some award stickers. They said it's always have a long queue on peak hour, but we were lucky enough that we had only 3 persons are on the line when we get there (it's around 12pm).Service was pretty fast. Better to decide what to order while you waiting on the line to avoid wasting lot of time at the ordering counter to choose what to order (find their menu on other's review). It's tastes good, but honestly, imo, it's not that worth the wait if you had a long queue.Only if it's your first time trying the award winning Chicken Rice.

It’s really good. Worth the wait? Not sure honestly. The rice is really nice and gingery. The chicken is juicy and yummy. The spicy sauce is really delicious. We waited 20 minutes and they ran out of rice - warning that might happen if you go later in the day (past 8pm). Another time they were out of roasted chicken by 4pm.It was quick. The medium was a good amount of food for a normal meal.
